Together, we’ll start making sense of what’s underneath and explore practical ways to move forward.​ Some sessions might focus on immediate relief and gaining an understanding of what’s going on and finding some calm. Others might go deeper - identifying patterns, beliefs, or emotions that have been shaping how you feel or respond to life.
